My sign-in link did not work
Request a new link and open the newest email on the same device. Sign-in links expire and can only be used once. Check spam, and wait briefly before requesting another link to avoid email rate limits.
Hourgap shows the wrong city
Open Profile and choose your city manually. You can also check Location permission in your device settings. Hourgap stores the city you select, not your precise coordinates.
How do I leave or manage a room?
Open the room, then its member or room settings. Members can leave at any time. Room owners can remove members, lock new joins, or delete the room.
