Delete your Hourgap account

Account deletion is permanent and can be started directly inside the app.

In the Hourgap app

  1. 1. Open Hourgap and tap the profile icon.
  2. 2. Scroll to the account section.
  3. 3. Tap Delete account.
  4. 4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What deletion removes

  • Your sign-in account and authentication record.
  • Your profile, city, memberships, and stored profile-photo files.
  • Rooms only you belong to. If other people remain in a room you own, ownership transfers to the longest-standing remaining member.

Deletion is designed to complete immediately. Limited operational logs or backups may remain temporarily under service-provider retention schedules where legally permitted.

Can't access the app?

Use the support page, choose Account deletion, and send the request from the email associated with your Hourgap account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
